IdentityLogix is a global organization, with legal entities, business processes, management structures, and technical systems that cross borders. We may also provide social media features on our website that enable you to share IdentityLogix information with your social networks and to interact with IdentityLogix on various social media sites. Your use of these features may result in the collection or sharing of information about you, depending on the feature. We encourage you to review the privacy policies and settings on the social media sites with which you interact to make sure you understand the information that could be shared by those sites.
3. Collection of personal information
At some IdentityLogix sites, we ask you to provide personal information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address, or telephone number. We may also collect demographic information, such as your ZIP code, age, gender, preferences, interests and favorites. If you choose to make a purchase or sign up for a paid subscription service, we will ask for additional information, such as your credit card number and billing address, which is used to create a IdentityLogix billing account.
In order to access some IdentityLogix services, you will be asked to sign in with an e-mail address and password to sign in to IdentityLogix sites and services, as well as those of select IdentityLogix partners. By signing in on one IdentityLogix site or service, you may be automatically signed into other IdentityLogix sites and services that use those sign in credentials. If you access our services via a mobile phone, you may also use your telephone number and a PIN as an alternative credential to your username and password. As part of creating your credentials, you may also be requested to provide questions and secret answers, which we use to help verify your identity and assist in resetting your password, as well as an alternate e-mail address. Some services may require added security, and in these cases, you may be asked to create an additional security key. Finally, a unique ID number will be assigned to your credentials which will be used to identify your credentials and associated information.
We collect additional information about your interaction with IdentityLogix sites and services without identifying you as an individual. For example, we use Web site analytics tools on our sites to retrieve information from your browser, including the site you came from, the search engine(s) and the keywords you used to find our site, the pages you view within our site, your browser add-ons, and your browser's width and height. We also use technologies, such as cookies and web beacons (described below), to collect information about the pages you view, the links you click and other actions you take on our sites and services. Additionally, we receive certain standard information that your browser sends to every website you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and language, access times and referring Web site addresses.
When you receive newsletters or promotional e-mail from IdentityLogix, we may use web beacons (described below), customized links or similar technologies to determine whether the e-mail has been opened and which links you click in order to provide you more focused e-mail communications or other information. In order to offer you a more consistent and personalized experience in your interactions with IdentityLogix, information collected through one IdentityLogix service may be combined with information obtained through other IdentityLogix services. We may also supplement the information we collect with information obtained from other companies. For example, we may use services from other companies that enable us to derive a general geographic area based on your IP address in order to customize certain services to your geographic area.

Credit card information is used only for payment processing and fraud prevention. Credit card information and other sensitive personal information required to process a credit decision is not used for any other purpose by our financial services providers or IDENTITYLOGIX and will not be kept longer than necessary for providing the services, unless you ask us to retain your credit card information for future purchases.
5. How we share your information
IdentityLogix will not sell, rent or lease your personal information to others except as described in this Statement. IdentityLogix shares personal information in the following ways:
IdentityLogix retains service providers and suppliers to deliver complete products, services and customer solutions and to assist IdentityLogix with marketing and communication initiatives. These providers and suppliers include, for example, credit card processors, providers of customer support and live-help, marketing, email service providers, automated data processors, and shipping agents. Suppliers and service providers are required by contract to keep confidential the information received on behalf of IdentityLogix and may not use it for any purpose other than to carry out the services they are performing for IdentityLogix.
From time to time, IdentityLogix participates in marketing initiatives with other companies, including websites “powered by” another company on behalf of IdentityLogix. As part of these initiatives, certain IdentityLogix services and marketing communications may be delivered at the same time as those from other companies. Some of these services and communications offer you the option to share personal information with both IdentityLogix and the other companies participating in these initiatives. For example, you may receive marketing communications from IdentityLogix and other companies or have the opportunity to register online for software products from multiple companies. IdentityLogix will require the export of your personal information to other IdentityLogix-owned business entities in the US and Worldwide in accordance with this Statement to satisfy your request. Such export is a requirement of providing the information to IdentityLogix.
Except as described in this Statement, IdentityLogix will not share the personal information you provide to IdentityLogix with non-IdentityLogix third parties without your permission, unless to: (i) respond to duly authorized information requests of police and governmental authorities; (ii) comply with any law, regulation, subpoena, or court order; (iii) investigate and help prevent security threats, fraud or other malicious activity; (iv) enforce/protect the rights and properties of IdentityLogix or its subsidiaries; or (v) protect the rights or personal safety of IdentityLogix employees and third parties on or using IdentityLogix property.
Circumstances may arise where, whether for strategic or other business reasons, IdentityLogix decides to sell, buy, merge or otherwise reorganize businesses in some countries. Such a transaction may involve the disclosure of personal information to prospective or actual purchasers, or the receipt of it from sellers. Personal information collected on IdentityLogix sites and services may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which IdentityLogix or its affiliates, subsidiaries or service providers maintain facilities. IdentityLogix abides by the safe harbor framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of data from the European Union, the European Economic Area, and Switzerland.
6. Children's privacy
IdentityLogix does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 17 and does not target its websites to children under 17. We encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests.
7. Your choices and selecting your privacy preferences
IdentityLogix gives you the choice of receiving a variety of information that complements our products and services. You can subscribe to receive certain product- and service-specific information and also choose to receive IdentityLogix general communications. We give you a choice regarding delivery of IdentityLogix general communications by postal mail, email, telephone, and mobile device. You can make or change your choices about receiving either subscription or general communications at the data collection point or by using other methods, which are listed in the following sections. This option does not apply to communications primarily for the purpose of administering order completion, contracts, support, product safety warnings, software updates, or other administrative and transactional notices as the primary purpose of these communications is not promotional in nature. IdentityLogix general communications provide information about products, services, and/or support. This may include new product information, special offers, or invitations to participate in market research.
8. Security of Your Personal Information
IdentityLogix is committed to protecting the security of your personal information and information collected for advertising purposes. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide on computer systems with limited access, which are located in controlled facilities. IdentityLogix Web sites use "cookies" to enable you to sign in to our services and to help personalize your online experience. IdentityLogix Web sites also use cookies as described in the Collection of your Information and Display of Advertising sections of this privacy statement You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to sign in or use other interactive features of IdentityLogix sites and services that depend on cookies, and some advertising preferences that are dependent on cookies may not be able to be respected.
If you choose to accept cookies, you also have the ability to later delete cookies that you have accepted. If you choose to delete cookies, any settings and preferences controlled by those cookies, including advertising preferences, will be deleted and may need to be recreated.
10. Use of Web Beacons
IdentityLogix Web pages may contain electronic images known as Web beacons - sometimes called single-pixel gifs - that may be used to assist in delivering cookies on our sites and allow us to count users who have visited those pages and to deliver co-branded services. We may include Web beacons in promotional e-mail messages or our newsletters in order to determine whether messages have been opened and acted upon.
IdentityLogix may also employ Web beacons from third parties in order to help us compile aggregated statistics regarding the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns or other operations of our sites. We prohibit Web beacons on our sites from being used by third parties to collect or access your personal information.
Finally, we may work with other companies that advertise on IdentityLogix sites to place Web beacons on their sites in order to allow us to develop statistics on how often clicking on an advertisement on a IdentityLogix site results in a purchase or other action on the advertiser's site.
11. Controlling Unsolicited E-mail ("Spam")
IdentityLogix is concerned about controlling unsolicited commercial e-mail, or "spam." IdentityLogix has a strict Anti-Spam Policy prohibiting the use of IdentityLogix-provided e-mail account to send spam. IdentityLogix will not sell, lease or rent its e-mail subscriber lists to third parties. While IdentityLogix continues to actively review and implement new technology, such as expanded filtering features, there is no currently available technology that will totally prevent the sending and receiving of unsolicited e-mail. Using junk e-mail tools and being cautious about the sharing of your e-mail address while online will help reduce the amount of unsolicited e-mail you receive.
